PAYMENT POLICY

40% Down Payment upon Early Bookings within 4 days

60% Final Payment upon or prior to the Embarkation Date

100% upon arrival for last minute bookings

 

CANCELATION POLICY

For Daily Bookings (hotel partners):

· Free cancellation with fully refundable deposit (if applied), due to bad weather conditions.

· Cancellation from 24hrs to 12hrs prior embarkation, 50% of the total rate will apply as cancellation fee.

· Cancellation within 12hours prior embarkation, 100% cancellation fees apply.

· In case of Non-Show, 100% cancellation fees apply.

For Early Bookings:

· If the booking is cancelled 5-15 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 30% of the Charter price.

· If the booking is cancelled 5-2 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 50% of the Charter price.

· If the booking is cancelled 2-0 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 100% of the Charter price.

Bad Weather Conditions:

In the occasion that the booking is cancelled due to weather conditions, the following will be applied:

· The Charterer can be refunded 100%

· The charterer can reschedule the trip, depending on the availability of the boat.

· The company has permission to change the itinerary of the excursion depending on the weather conditions.

· In the occasion of boat malfunction prior to the embarkation, our company will provide an equivalent or upgraded vessel.
